From spreadsheets and paper to one platform

Before
Information was spread across Excel files, the ERP (SAP Business One) and an internal database. Reports were made by hand, machine output was written on paper at the end of each shift, and warehouse deliveries arrived with no schedule.
Built
One web platform where each department logs in and sees what it needs:
  • Supplier portal. Suppliers see their purchase orders and how much is still pending, and book a delivery slot at a specific warehouse, with email notifications.
  • Live machine monitoring. Machines send data every second, 24/7. Managers see uptime, downtime and units produced as it happens, and get an alert when a machine stops.
  • Dashboards. Sales, stock and critical items, updated automatically and available inside the platform.
  • WhatsApp bot. Managers ask for daily sales, items about to run out or today's orders, and get the answer from the database.
Result
Warehouse reception went from chaos to scheduled, and production got real-time data instead of end-of-shift totals.
